A 61-key keyboard is enough. The course is designed for that size and it also works on larger 76- or 88-key keyboards.
Do I need to read sheet music?
No. First you learn to play with both hands and, once you feel confident, you learn to read treble and bass clef step by step.
I am an adult and have never played. Can I learn?
Of course! Many of our students started as adults. Lessons go at your pace and your teacher adapts every step to you.
Are the lessons live or recorded?
It depends on the plan: with MAVI Personal all lessons are live on Google Meet; with MAVI Virtual you progress with the video course and get a live session every 2 weeks.
How should I set up my computer for class?
With the camera or phone to the side of the keyboard so your teacher can see your hands. We help you set it up in the first lesson.
